Our commitment
HMJP Limited (RC1203744), trading as Enterprise IT, aims to make its public registry information and services usable by people with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA as the design and improvement target. This statement is not a claim of independently certified or complete conformance.
Using the website
The website provides semantic headings, labelled forms, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Legal documents include section links and a print action.
You can use browser zoom and text-size controls. The legal contents menu opens and closes on smaller screens, while section links also work without JavaScript. Where a form identifies an error, correct the field and resubmit.
Areas requiring care
Tables may require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens to retain their relationships. Long technical strings, external documents, registrar portals, and third-party services may present additional barriers.
We cannot control the accessibility of every external service. If one prevents you completing a registry-related task, tell us the affected step so we can identify an alternative route.
Reporting a barrier
Use the contact form or email support@enterprise.biz.ng with “Accessibility” in the subject. Please include:
- The page address and the task you were trying to complete.
- What prevented progress and whether the issue repeats.
- Your browser, device, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them.
- A preferred contact method and any accessible format that would help.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability. Avoid sending passwords or confidential case tokens in an accessibility report.
Alternative formats and assistance
Ask for help obtaining policy information or completing a contact or reporting task. We will consider a suitable alternative format or support route based on the request and the information involved.
Identity or confidentiality checks may still be needed for private registration records and abuse cases. Accessibility assistance does not require information to be exposed publicly.
Assessment and improvement
Accessibility is considered as pages and workflows change. Reported barriers are assessed by task impact and severity, and remediation may include content, styling, navigation, or form changes.
We will explain a practical alternative where an immediate fix is unavailable. If a previous report remains unresolved, reply with its reference or contact the compliance desk. The update date above records this statement’s latest publication.
