Scope
This policy describes cookies and similar browser mechanisms used by the Enterprise IT website operated by HMJP Limited (RC1203744). Read it with the Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with relevant requests. Similar mechanisms can remember a choice or maintain security without being a traditional cookie.
Essential website functions

Cookie names can vary across public, staging, and administrative hosts. A security token is not a substitute for a case reference and reporter email address, and deleting cookies does not delete an existing report.
Optional tracking
The current website does not include an optional advertising or analytics tracker as part of its public application. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy will identify its purpose and the relevant choice mechanism before activation where consent is required.
Reading the site or using an essential form does not imply agreement to unrelated marketing. We do not use a consent banner to suggest optional trackers are present when they are not.
Fonts and external services
The website requests fonts from Google Fonts and uses Cloudflare for network delivery and security. Requests can disclose an IP address, browser information, and request details even when no optional tracking cookie is set.
Links to registrar portals or other websites take you to services governed by their own notices. This policy does not control a third party’s storage after you visit its site.
Your browser controls
You may inspect, block, or remove cookies using your browser’s privacy settings. Most browsers also allow site-specific exceptions. Blocking essential cookies may prevent form submission, sign-in, or a security check from working.
Clearing browser storage does not cancel a registration, withdraw an already submitted report, or erase server-side records. Use the privacy contact if you wish to exercise a data right.

The version and update date above identify this notice. Material changes to storage or tracking will be reflected here, with additional controls where required.
